New Cooking Items

Wil and I recently purchased a George Foreman Grill, and a Wok. The grill is amazing and even managed to get grease out of my turkey burgers. We've used it for melts, turkey burgers, grilled cheese and chicken so far and it is fantastic! I love that thing and it saves time and clean up! It's awesome. 

Our wok I tried for the first time today. We decided to have chicken and stir-fry veggies. I kind of just threw stuff that I thought would go well together in the wok and cooked it up. I've never done something like that before. I'm very much a "follow a recipe" type of cooker. It was really fun to just throw stuff together and hope it turned out alright. And you know what? It was GREAT! I loved it, and so did Wil.  I'm excited to know that I can cook without a recipe and while I know it probably won't always be great, it will work sometimes. 

Both of these things will make it so much easier for me to cook healthy food. It saves time and it so fun. They are both super easy to clean as well so that's an added bonus.
