I don't know why, but lately, I have felt like I haven't gotten any sleep. Well, not like I haven't gotten ANY sleep, but I defintely don't feel like I've been getting enough. Wil is having a similar problem. He'll go to sleep fairly early (around the same time as me, which many people think is far too early) and wake up 3 hours later. He never seems to be able to sleep more than 3 hours. After waking up in the middle of the night, he'll try again later to go back to sleep (typically just before or just after I get up and get ready for work). He'll then sleep for another few hours. Even when we are lucky and do get 8 hours of sleep in a night without interuption (not that that happens often...), we still wake up feeling like we just went to bed. It's crazy and seriously annoying. I am constantly feeling lazy after work and never really want to do anything.
I don't really know what to do about it, but I know that I can't keep letting myself be lazy after work. Wil and I need to eat things besides burritos and sandwiches (even if they are awesome). I need to start exercising more, and cleaning more. Ah well. Guess I'll just have to force myself to get stuff done until I grow used to always being tired.
come visit and take care of the monkey's for a bit - that'll exhaust you both in no time! ;) i actually used to get up early in the morning and run before work, because it gave me energy for the day, but i was pooped by the time bedtime rolled around. i thought it was odd, but working out in the morning made me fall asleep better at night. oh, and you know what else keeps you from sleeping..... a snoring husband! ;)
