Well, we're back from our trip to Albany. It went by pretty quickly. The 5-day intensive was defintely intense. I definitely learned a lot while I was there. I also met, and got to know some amazing people. The little group that was taking the intensive was very different, but we all got along very well. It was fun because all of us, except a few coaches that came in and out, were girls. I hope I get the chance to go to Albany again before long and see my new friends again.
Mike and Jenny's two boys are adorable. I enjoyed being able to spend a little time with them on days when I didn't have the intensive. It was also so much fun to see Wil interact with them. He'll be a great dad when the time comes for us to have kids.
We had so much fun. We're glad to be back home though. It was a long week and Wil and I didn't really get much time together, except while driving back and forth to where the course was held. It's amazing how much I miss all the little things like having him hang out with me in the kitchen as I make food, and the hugs I get when I get home from work.
Anyway, life is back to normal now, although I've noticed that I have a more postive attitude towards life than before. Hopefully, I'll be able to remember all I learned last week and strive to be a better person and to be happy with myself even when I make mistakes.
